Questions people ask before they paste the snippet.

Does the quiz live on my domain?

Yes. The snippet renders the quiz directly inside your page, on your own URL. There is no iframe, no redirect, and no hosted subdomain, so visitors never leave your site.

Will it clash with my site’s CSS?

No. The quiz renders inside its own style boundary (a Shadow DOM), so your styles don’t leak in and ours don’t leak out. It can’t break your layout and your layout can’t break it.

Can I edit a quiz after it’s live?

Always. Edits go to a draft. When you publish, the new version replaces the old one in a single step — nobody ever loads a half-updated quiz — and the version you replaced stays available for rollback.

What happens if I go over my monthly views?

On Free and Pro the quiz stops being served as soon as you reach the cap, and starts again when your views reset at the beginning of the next month. The Account page shows where you are against the cap and the date it resets, so it need not be a surprise. Business plans bill metered overage instead, so the quiz never stops.

Do I have to pay to try a paid plan?

No. Pro and Business open with a 7-day trial. We take card details so the plan carries on without you having to do anything, but nothing is charged until day seven — cancel before then and you pay nothing at all. The free plan needs no card and doesn’t expire.

Do I need a developer to install it?

If you can paste into a page or a site builder’s custom code block, you can install it. It takes about a minute.

Where does lead data go?

Leads show up in your dashboard as soon as they are captured. On Business you can also push them to a webhook or export CSV.
